Interim returns notice - In the interest of Health and Well-being during the Corona Virus Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns on items sold until further notice. As a business, we will be protecting our customers and staff and I hope that you as a customer understand this. All goods are packaged in a safe environment and with the care of the customer paramount as always.
This interim returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and this policy is of a health, hygiene and safety purpose for all involved.
As you, the customer know, we have a very good returns service in normal circumstances but these are exceptional circumstances and we thank you for your understanding at this time.

Please note - when ordering:
- Dispatches will be made twice a week - on a Monday and Thursday
- Delivery Times are taking longer due to Royal Mail social distancing regulations and staff availability. It may take up to 1 week to deliver parcels.
- When you receive your parcel - please remove all of the outer packaging and safely dispose of.
- Following the disposal of the packaging, please wash your hands as outlined by the guidelines.
