The terms and conditions set out the basis by which you can use our website and place orders for items from Wearitboutique.co.uk. By ordering goods from Wearitboutique.co.uk you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Data Protection

To allow your order to be processed, there will be information required in order for the items to be sent to you.  This will include your name and address and email address.  This information will not be held for any longer than is required and will not be passed to a third party organisation by wearitboutique.co.uk and will be kept confidential.
For those customers who live outside the European Economic Area, your data may have to be kept a little longer for auditing purposes, however the same rules apply in relation to confidentiality.

Wearitboutique.co.uk is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
 
Purchases

All purchases on Wearitboutique.co.uk will be made via a secure payment facility and the hosting receiver for the payment will be Paypal or EKM Pay.  Therefore Wearitboutique.co.uk will not hold any credit/debit card details relating to any customer using the website.  All payments will be compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance which is a set of security standards that were created by the major credit card companies (American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa International) to protect their customers from increasing identity theft and security breaches.  For Payments made via Paypal, you do not have to be a Paypal customer to use this facility.  The process is straightforward and secure and Paypal can allow the transaction to proceed with the Customer of wearitboutique.co.uk logging in as a guest user to Paypal.
Pay with Amazon makes shopping a little easier by allowing you to use your existing Amazon account information to pay for and have out items delivered to you.  There is no need to remember multiple logins and passwords for multiple sites, all you need is your Amazon account information.  You already trust Amazon when you shop online, so trust it when you shop on our site too.  It's a safe, secure and convenient way to shop online.

Invoices

You will receive an invoice with your order outlining the items that you have ordered including the price, VAT and p&p paid.
Please retain this invoice should you have any queries regarding your order or if you wish to make a return.

Orders

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Wearitboutique.co.uk and you, the customer, when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Wearitboutique.co.uk, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Wearitboutique.co.uk acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Wearitboutique.co.uk or may it be cancelled by you.

For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.  You may be contacted to confirm the order details before it is posted to you should this occur.

All Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days from the Order date (this excludes items that have been requested by customers to be ordered in as a special order). 

Exceptions to standard Delivery

If you wish to have your item sooner than the standard delivery times, please state this on your order details and we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. 
 
Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you, the Customer, have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, pierced earrings.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Returns for items

You may return most items, in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging.  If you wish to return/cancel your order, you must tell us within 14 days (Beginning on the day following the day that you receive your order).  You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.  

All Postal charges are at the cost of the customer, unless the returned items are faulty.

Returns for Customers paying by Debit or Credit Card

Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

The following items are not included in our standard returns policy. For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items i.e. earrings, unless faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.

Prices

UK, EU and Jersey. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

Usage

All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Loyalty Points - Earn and Save

Customers can avail of the Loyalty points Earn and Save automatic facility that will allow each customer to save points to spend later with future orders.  Each £1 spent will = 1 point.  1 point = 5p.

Loyalty points can be redeemed against future orders when 30 points have been saved i.e. £30 has been spent on an order or a combination of multiple orders. 

If a customer has an online account and has made a purchase in-store, the loyalty points can be added to their online account upon request.

Please note that the customer can only avail of the Earn and Spend points if they have a customer account with Wear it Boutique.

Colour Reproduction

Wearitboutique.co.uk take great care with the colours used in the images brought to you. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate, however, specifications may change.

Law

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the law applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact us via e-mail quoting your order number and reason for return. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.
Please note:

1. Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
2. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
3. No returns will be accepted, unless pre-authorised as stated above.

• Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

• That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

• That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
• That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
