Returns for items
You may return most items, in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. If you wish to return/cancel your order, you must tell us within 14 days (Beginning on the day following the day that you receive your order). You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. A total of 28 days to return your item(s).
All Postal charges are at the cost of the customer, unless the returned items are faulty.

Returns for Customers paying by Debit or Credit Card
Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following items are not included in our standard returns policy. For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items i.e. earrings, unless faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.
UK, EU and Jersey. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment.
